Membership of the ALCS is open to anyone with an academic interest in the Low Countries. Low Countries Studies is not limited to linguists or literary scholars. We also count historians, art historians, bibliographers and political scientists amongst our members. If you support our aims and activities, please join the ALCS. Our members:
- will receive three issues per year of our journal Dutch Crossing;
- are invited to our biennial and international conferences;
- can apply for an ALCS research grant;
- support Dutch Studies as an academic subject in the UK and Ireland.
A subscription of Dutch Crossing is part of ALCS membership. All our members receive three issues of Dutch Crossing per calendar year.
Rates for 2015:

You can subscribe by paying online via PayPal. You will need to set up a PayPal account if you have not yet got one. It is completely safe.
Alternatively you can arrange a direct transfer or standing order payment via your bank or pay by cheque. In that case, please also fill out our membership form 2016 and return it to the ALCS office by post or by email.
