Important - It is a requirement that that all attendees must be a current member of ALCS for the 2012 subscription period (1 January to 31 December).  If you are unsure whether you are a current member of ALCS, please contact the ALCS Administrator at alcs@shef.ac.uk.

The registration fees are as follows:

Full Delegates

  • £200 - conference & dinner including accommodation for 2 nights
  • £155 - conference & dinner, including accommodation for 1 night
  • £95 - conference & dinner
  • £60 - conference

Non-Salaried/Retired Delegates

  • £140 - conference & dinner including accommodation for 2 nights
  • £105 - conference & dinner, including accommodation for 1 night
  • £65 - conference & dinner
  • £20 - conference

ALCS members from the UK involved in teaching & Low Countries research

  • £25 - all included

Post-graduates

  • £25 - all included

The above fees include: 

  • attendance throughout the event (please note that there is no reduced rate for partial attendance); 
  • all conference material; 
  • refreshments and lunches throughout the event; 

Note:

  • registration is open until Thursday 15 March
  • no refunds will be given for cancellations made after Thursday 15 March and any payment received will be held by the University of Sheffield on behalf of ALCS.
